Reconnect to Yourself | 4 Days of Plant Medicine, Ayahuasca, Presence & Deep Human Connection in Spain French, Spanish, English
With Virginie and Ekaterina
August 27 - 30, 2026
This 10-day journey takes us to El Encano, in the mountains of southern Colombia, where we cross Laguna de la Cocha by boat to reach the land of a local Inga family who will welcome us into their home and territory.
The retreat is intentionally intimate and immersive. Rather than following a packed schedule, our days unfold around five yagé ceremonies with Mauricio, morning meditation, rest, integration, shared meals and long periods of simply being in nature. Between ceremonies, we explore the surrounding reserve, discover medicinal plants, walk through the landscape, spend time by the lagoon and, when conditions allow, enter its waters. Creative practices such as painting with natural pigments and keeping a personal travel journal offer another way to observe and give form to what is being experienced.
An important part of this journey happens in the spaces between ceremonies. Through sharing and integration practices, we begin with the body — sensations, emotions, images, memories and movements — without rushing to define or interpret everything. Slowly, the experience can settle, reveal its own meaning and begin to find a place in everyday life.
We come to Colombia not as consumers of an experience, but as guests. The land, the family who receives us and the relationships that make this journey possible are an essential part of the retreat.
It is a time to live more simply, close to water, earth, weather and community; to step away from constant stimulation and rediscover what becomes visible when there is finally enough space to listen.
Not a journey away from life, but a journey deeper into it.
